Can you identify this Walthamstow flasher?

The Waltham Forest Guardian reports:

POLICE are appealing for help in identifying a man who flashed a woman in Walthamstow last week.

At 7.15am on [January] 18 the victim was walking down Harold Road when she saw the man indecently expose himself.

The man is reported to be Asian and aged between early to mid 20’s.

He is skinny with a hunched posture and was clean shaven.

He was wearing a grey and blue hoodie with a diamond shaped pattern down the arms with tracksuit bottoms.

Police believe that that there were other people in the area at the time who may have witnessed the incident.

Detective Constable Lee Nelson said: “We want to hear from anyone who might know who this man or who might have been a victim of his behaviour.

“We take indecent exposure very seriously and are determined to find out who this man is. We want to ensure the safety of the public as this sexually threatening behaviour will not be tolerated and is extremely distressing to any victim.

“If have been targeted by this man we ask you to come forward and help us with this investigation as you may have important information.”
